There are some people in life who you know are on the ball and know exactly what they're doing of. Lee is one of those people. I was greatly impressed by the service that I received from Lee who came to clean a few wet-dog stains off of my sofa. From the start he was up-front with me and made no outrageous claims about what could and couldn't be done. I always felt I was dealing with an honest professional (not too many about these days!). He was friendly, polite and courteous throughout the whole process and I'm happy to say that he did a superb job. All stains removed and the sofa is back to normal. A good price for an excellent service, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. 10/10 all the way.

We recently moved to a property in Sovereign Harbour and the carpets were in need of a thorough clean.
We found Fabric Master online via Google, and being nice and local to us, we decided to get Lee to come over to quote. The quote was very competitive, Lee turned up on time and was very professional in his approach.
He tested our carpets and advised us what was going to be achievable, He was also able to fit us in very quickly which was great news for us. Lee and his team arrived on time on the arranged day and set about the job efficiently. As discussed, the job was finished on time and the results were fantastic. We couldn’t be happier and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
We had a small query after the job was completed and Lee was very helpful with his advice and even offered to come back to us to help us out with it.
All in all, a fantastic job from a professional and courteous team – 10 out of 10 from us!
